Q. What do we need to confirm our booking?
A. A Completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of £100. You will receive a confirmation letter once we receive your booking form and deposit.

Q. Do we need to pay a deposit?
A. Yes – a £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to your event.

Q. How can we pay?
A. BACS, Cash or by Cheque.

Q. Can we have the photo booth for more than 4 hours?
A. Absolutely! Just let us know how many extra hours you need and we will let you know the additional costs.

Q. How big are the photos?
A. The photos are 6" x 4" (15cm x 10cm).

Q. How will our photos be printed?
A. All photos will be printed using thermal dye sublimation printers. This ensures that all photos are delivered straight from the photo booth and are touch dry and waterproof in seconds.

Q. Can we personalise our prints?
A. We can add a logo, names and dates or a message to your prints free of charge. You will need to provide us with your logo or message prior to the event.

Q. How many photos can we take?
A. You can have unlimited photos and unlimited visits during your hire period.

Q. Is it possible to choose between colour or black and white photos?
A. Yes – you and your guests are able to choose this option from the touch screen menu.

Q. Will we get a copy of the photos too?
A. Yes. After your event, you will receive a copyright free USB stick with all the photos taken along with any video messages recorded.

Q. Will you use the photos on the Fun-Pix website or marketing material?
A. Yes - unless you ask us not too.

Q. How long do you take to set up and dismantle the booth? Is this included in the price?
A. We normally allow one and a half hours to set up the booth. Dismantling the booth takes approximately 30 minutes. All the time required for setup is included in the price and does not affect your hire time.

Q. Do you provide staff with the photo booth?
A. Yes, we always provide at least one attendant at each event to ensure that you and your guests are properly taken care of. They are on hand to answer any questions, assist in the use of the photo booth and to generally make sure everything runs smooth.

Q. Who operates the photo booth?
A. Your guests! There is an easy to use touch screen for your guests to choose their print options.

Q. What is included in the prop box?
A. A great choice of items that can be tailored to suit your event. There will be hats, glasses, masks, wigs, and 2 chalk boards for writing messages at every event and additional items depending on the occasions (e.g. Christmas, Halloween, and School Leaving Dos).
